Your success in this position relies on excellent communication skills, the ability to build meaningful relationships, and a compassionate demeanor.

YOUR SCHEDULE
This full-time care coordinator position works a flexible schedule with several shifts to choose from : M-F, 8 am - 5 pm, 9 am - 5 pm, or 8 : 30 am - 4 : 30 pm.
