Your job is to visit your accounts, maintain relationships, and keep our marketing materials stocked. - Maintain relationships with your module of MDU (apartment community) partners by visiting these communities on a bi-weekly basis
- Stock leasing offices with marketing materials: i.e., flyers, business cards, door hangers
- Educate Leasing Agents on submitting referrals for move ins and existing tenants
- Host & sponsor community events for maximum exposure
- Assist Apartment Community Leasing Consultants and Property Managers with all service inquiries, in real time
- Consistent communication and reporting with AT&T
- Maintain compliance, provide timely feedback and field results via CRM reporting
- Base pay guarantee commissions on sales your module generates
- 50% monthly discount on wireless service as an AT&T subscriber.
- Two weeks paid vacation.
