Job Title: Advisor Compensation Associate

Job Summary:

The Advisor Compensation Associate is responsible for processing all aspects of advisory fees and commissions to approximately 240 independent contractors (advisors). The role requires a high attention to detail, a basic understanding of the financial services industry, and proficiency with Excel spreadsheets. This team member will build relationships and interact with all departments across IFP to facilitate and streamline the advisor payment process.

Key Responsibilities :

  • and process accurate and timely files of commission and advisory fee transactions for our advisors.
  • advisor expense charges for invoicing or payroll deductions.
  • as liaison to advisors; respond to inquiries related to fees, reports, payments, etc.
  • and/or customize various reports to assist in fee analysis.
  • analyze and perform compensation audits.
  • relationships with advisors.
  • orderly electronic files.
  • other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
