Job Summary Job Description Training & Project Specialist: YourFMO is a national non-government organization that provides Medicare beneficiaries with information to learn, compare, and decide on their Medicare options. We offer a free multi-carrier platform, the YourFMO Enrollment Center, to certified Medicare agents to compare, quote, and enroll their clients. We donate to Feeding America for every successful enrollment to end hunger in America. We also offer access to our proprietary AgentXcelerator platform and tools to further assist our Medicare agents. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Training & Project Specialist located in Clearwater, FL. The Training & Project Specialist will be responsible for providing customer service, developing and delivering training programs, creating instructional designs, and managing training projects. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Communicate with clients and external partners in a compelling manner, project a positive image, and create positive outcomes Collaborate with internal teams, such as account managers and the sales team, to provide a positive client experience Ensure accurate and updated training materials are provided and communicated Support the company's core values and basic principles Perform other job-related duties and special assignments as needed QUALIFICATIONS Required: High School Diploma or equivalent Passion for consistently providing first-class client experiences Display composure, resilience, and flexibility in response to client requests Detail-oriented with strong problem solving or critical thinking skills Ability to multi-task and adapt as issues arise Self-motivated and organized Ability to independently prioritize workload Excellent verbal and written communication skills Team player with a positive attitude Willingness to learn and help Communication and Customer Service skills Training & Development, Training, and Instructional Design experience Ability to manage and coordinate training projects Knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning platforms Experience with Medicare or healthcare industry is a plus About Us Since 1971, AmeriLife has served the needs of its clients.
