Independence Rehab is Hiring a PRN Occupational Therapist Near Portland, OR
Hello, thanks for looking at our job posting. Independence Rehab is actively looking to hire a terrific PRN Occupational Therapist to treat our geriatric patients at Rose Villa Senior Living, a beautiful continuing care retirement community in Portland. No specific number of hours are required to maintain employment. We have multiple facilities near this location, which may provide opportunities for you to pick up additional PRN hours, as desired.
Our preference is a therapist with at least one year of geriatric care experience, but if you are caring, passionate, licensed therapist who enjoys the geriatric population, we would love to hear from you regardless whether you possess geriatric experience!
Here are a few important responsibilities for this role:
- Conduct evals, create and manage care plans, and provide periodic supervisory visits
- Supervise a COTA
- Maintain professional practices and ethical standards in accordance with company-wide policies and clinical initiatives
- Contribute to the facility's therapy program development and quality improvement
