Job Description
Independence Rehab is actively looking to hire a PRN Occupational Therapist for Rose Villa Senior Living in Portland, OR.
At Independence Rehab, our goal is to provide each patient with top-quality care. We strive to maximize each patient's functional independence to safely discharge her/him to the next level of care.

Here are a few important responsibilities for this role:
- Providing occupational therapy and wellness services for older adults
- Conducting assessments, treatment plannings, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment
- Maintaining professional practices and ethical standards in accordance with company-wide policies and clinical initiatives
- Contributing to program development, quality improvement, and problem-solving
- Optimizing each patient's functional well-being and satisfaction
No specific number of hours are required to maintain employment. We have multiple facilities near this location, which may provide opportunities for you to pick up additional PRN hours, as desired.
Our preference is a therapist with at least one year of experience, but if you are caring, passionate, licensed therapist who enjoys the geriatric population, we would love to hear from you!
