We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Team Leader to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, and a passion for driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of manufacturing operators to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Coordinate and prioritize workflow to ensure efficient operation of the manufacturing process.
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Train new team members on standard operating procedures and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team members to identify and implement process enhancements.
- Challenge the status quo to level up the team and the process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Approve time and attendance for accuracy.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and direction.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making, with a focus on driving results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends as needed.
