** MUST live within 10 miles of Newtown Square or Malvern to be considered. **

Pay Rate: $24.00 - 26.50/hour; Performance-based, quarterly bonuses!

Schedule: Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8AM and 5PM (30 hours/week)

OVERVIEW:

Seeking a Program Specialist with initiative, creativity and compassion to work 30 hours per week. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday 8am – 4/5pm, but can be flexible. As a program specialist, you will work alongside the Clinical Director to support individuals with autism and/or other intellectual/developmental differences, as well as the agency’s Direct Support Professionals. The schedule will consist of direct support and indirect hours. This is an amazing opportunity that offers flexibility and variety.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

- Assist with maintaining records and compliance

- Oversight of services and in-person collaboration with Direct Support Professionals

- Review of daily notes for accuracy and quality

- Completion of monthly/quarterly reports

- Activity planning

- Program planning/development

- Family outreach

- Community outreach

- Support with staffing and training

- Provide coverage for direct care workers for call-outs, vacations and/or short-term leave

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelors degree in related fields, such as Psychology, Education, Social Work or other human services fields. Will also consider Registered Behavior Technicians.

- Must have at least 3 years of experience in related field.

- Track record of managing time and communication while working remotely in the field.

- Experience/familiarity with HCSIS and PA 6100 regulations is preferred.
