Description
Are you a caregiver interested in supporting some fantastic adults in their own homes or apartments? Our Community Living team will train you on how to work with adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism, who live in our community and enjoy attending community events. You will primarily work with individuals in their homes, helping them to become more competent with their activities of daily living.
Social opportunities are a natural part of the Community Living program at Independence Association. Community integrated activities link the people we support with community members to build healthy relationships and achieve the highest level of independence.
We are currently looking for full time workers, 8-hour shifts, 5 days/week (Monday-Friday). Occasional week nights may be worked for special activities, and weekday schedule can then be flexed.
We are also looking to fill a part-time position (Tuesday 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Wednesday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Thursday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM).
PAY: $17.25 - $20.00/hour *WE PAY WEEKLY!
