Job Title: Warehouse Operative-Line Lead

Hourly Rate: $16.50/hr

Shift Time: 3rd Shift, Sunday-Thursday (10:45 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.)

Location: West Chester, OH

Indeed Flex is hiring a Line Lead for one of their manufacturing clients in West Chester, OH.

Job Requirements:

• Bilingual in Spanish is a must
• Previous manufacturing experience is required
• Previous good attendance record
• Must have 1 or more year(s) of warehouse experience, some quality control, lead role, and assembly experience

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure the product is accurate and correct.
• Supervise line workers ensuring they are executing their duties properly.
• Working weekends when needed.
• Maintain machinery for consistent operations
• Troubleshoot and identify potential operational issues
