Truck Captain- (Move and/or Junk)

If you have always dreamed of being a Truck Captain, today might be the day we make your dream come true! We need a professional, personable, detail-oriented team player with a For-Hire endorsement and DOT certification, who can lead a team by relevant example, exemplifying the core values of the company. The Truck Captain MUST demonstrate experience and knowledge of how to SAFELY operate moving trucks and vans!

The right candidate will be responsible for; making sure all daily truck inspections are performed, (tire pressure, oil, equipment, etc.). Making sure the truck has enough client forms, safety equipment and marketing material. Will be able to make logistical decisions (when to dispose, recycle or donate, how to best complete a job, how to market during downtime).

The Truck Captain will complete daily checklists, prevent careless and costly mistakes, including damage, injury, unhappy clients, lost equipment, etc. The TC will check in with their direct supervisor regularly throughout the day for additional assignments and troubleshooting guidance. As the truck Captain you will be expected to complete your scheduled Waves and marketing campaigns daily and establish the value that we provide to our customers.
