Incon has been a leading small electronic connector Manufacturer since 1988. Located in Hudson, NH, we are looking to immediately hire a full time Manufacturing Team Leader to assist with the following:

* Work directly with the Production Manager to understand and maintain commitments to Production plan

* Develop daily targets and communicate/execute plan for each production area

* Coordinate employees to workstations as needed

* Run daily reports as needed. Monitor daily throughput and address any issues when compared to Production plan

* Review and enforce the use and maintenance of work instructions and routers

* Communicate with other departmental heads as needed regarding Materials and Quality

* Monitor and track employee attendance. Address any attendance issues real time

* Ensure employee safety in all Production areas

Qualifications:

* Ability to lead and communicate effectively

* Attention to detail, especially quality

* Ability to multitask

* Team player

* Dependable attendance history

* Computer skills a plus (Microsoft Excel, Access)
