• Job Description

As a Property Management Leasing Agent at IPA, you will play a crucial role in our success by facilitating the leasing process, nurturing tenant relationships, and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for both property owners and tenants. You will be responsible for marketing our available rental properties, conducting property tours, screening potential tenants, and facilitating our lease agreements.

• Key Responsibilities

1. Property Marketing: Create compelling property listings that showcase the unique features and advantages of each rental property. Utilize various marketing channels, including online listings, social media, and traditional advertising, to attract potential tenants.

2. Tenant Screening: Conduct thorough tenant screenings, including background checks, credit checks, and reference checks, to ensure the suitability of prospective tenants.

3. Property Tours: Schedule and conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting the property's key selling points and answering all related questions.

4. Lease Management: Prepare lease agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly communicated to tenants, and facilitate lease signings.

5. Tenant Relations: Maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns and ensuring timely responses to maintenance requests and inquiries.

6. Market Research: Stay updated on local rental market trends, competitor pricing, and industry regulations to make informed decisions about pricing and marketing strategies.

7. Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks related to leasing, such as maintaining accurate records, managing lease expirations, and coordinating move-ins and move-outs.

• Qualifications

-Current CA Salespersons license

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in related field preferred)

- 2 years in real estate or property management experience

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Attention to detail and organizational skills

- Proficiency in Appfolio property management software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Knowledgeable of local housing laws and regulations

- Sales and negotiation skills

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
