Job Summary: Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Junior Accountant owns Incognito’s expense process, ensuring timely and accurate entering / payments of vendor invoices, employee expenses, and sales taxes in accordance with IFRS, as well as assist with reconciliations and various other accounting duties. Job Description: Job Details: Own the expense-entering process by reviewing and entering expenses such as: Vendor invoices Credit card transactions Employee expense reimbursements Entering and reconciling bank transactions made for vendor payments Assist in the completion of periodic VAT, GST and VIES filings Help prepare accounting monthly reconciliations Maintain the appropriate filing of accounting records and legal contracts Enter cash payments and receipts in ERP and CRM Assist with Federal and Provincial tax correspondence Assist with annual audit Assist in administration of benefits including medical, dental, and fitness reimbursement Other duties as required Qualifications: Education in Accounting or related field; or a combination of relevant education and experience Experience in Microsoft Dynamics GP is an asset Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel Detail oriented and effective organizational skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ready to join the evolution?
