INCOG BioPharma Services is seeking a Shipping Specialist to join them on their journey in delivering their world class CDMO services, specializing in parenteral injectable drugs.

WHAT?

• Verify the shipping process (requests/ materials/ capacity), manage the outbound shipments (end-to-end, for products, packaging, labeling, and documentation), and perform regular checks throughout the processes (find, address, and solve deviations). Ensure local and international compliance throughout.
• Work closely with all internal and external personnel (internal and external teams, suppliers, and vendors) to monitor performance, availability and evaluate project execution. Liaise with logistics partners, carriers, and customs officials to coordinate smooth flow of shipments.
• Develop and manage an outbound shipping dashboard for constant updates for schedule stability. Update and develop reports, communicate with internal stakeholders and identify/ mitigate any risks.

YOU!

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree (Language/ Communications is preferred), along with at least 2 years experience in a regulated industry, and 3 years technical writing and customer service experience.
