Inclusively is partnering with a multinational universal bank to hire a Project Manager.

What will you be doing?
- Applying processes, methods, knowledge, skills and experience to manage risk and ensure project outcomes are delivered in line with expectations
- Working with stakeholders across impacted businesses to lead the delivery of regulated activities
- Being responsible for governance and oversight, providing the framework for implementation, working with the AE and Programme Manager (where relevant)
- Determining, monitoring, and managing to workforce and financial requirements, liaising with product and service delivery on resource requirements; supplier and vendor management
- Ensuring that planned outputs deliver the agreed outcomes and that the outcomes remain relevant; course correcting where required to ensure the programme delivers on its aims
- Reviewing regularly transparent assessment of the project status & RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, & dependencies) & Change Risk Impact Assessment (CRIA) where required
- Acting in partnership with the AE & PM using their experience and insight to help engage senior leaders, maintain a focus on delivering outcomes, remove blockers and resolve risks
- Working alongside the Business, Technology and Operations lead to facilitate delivery of Product suite to support the US growth ambition

- Excellent presentation, communication, and social skills to engage with stakeholders effectively at all levels across Technology, Business and Operations
- Exceptional analytical skills and understanding of programme/project management methodologies and governance
- High proficiency in MSP, Powerpoint and Excel
