Our Tenant Relocation Analyst provides direct oversight for up to five (5) relocation projects throughout the U.S. and is responsible for facilitating all phases of our tenant relocation process. Our Analyst assists with maximizing the productivity of our on-site staff to ensure that our project budgets are adhered to, and our tenants are relocated as efficiently as possible.
Specific Duties
o Conduct Quality Control visits to each project every three (3) weeks to ensure that all relocation policies and procedures are consistently followed by on-site relocation specialists.
o Effectively and efficiently solve problems and prevent potential relocation risks.
o Ensure that all project deliverables and relocation completion deadlines are met.
o Ensure that all On-site Specialists are properly trained.
o Organize and serve as the face and voice of the company during Tenant Meetings with Residents, HUD, and Housing Authorities.
o Ensure that weekly benefit checks are requested and issued twice a week.
o Ensure that all expense and benefit receipts are properly submitted to the Finance Department.
o Prepare, analyze, and approve reports that are delivered to HUD for executive-level review.
o Adequately prepare for and serve as the voice for the company on all weekly project status calls.
o Routinely review tenant files to ensure accuracy and completion.
o Ensure that On-site Specialists have all necessary resources to connect residents with Section 8 Landlords in high-opportunity neighborhoods.
o Conduct routine Quality Control calls to residents to ensure that the services they’re receiving align with our expectations.
o Actively participate in Weekly Tactical Meetings to provide updates on projects and help brainstorm solutions to push the department forward.
Qualifications/Skills/ Previous Experience
o Prior Management Experience (one year at a minimum)
o Exceptional business writing skills
o Strong public speaking skills
o Willingness to travel 1-10 days each month to various relocation sites across the U.S.
o Bachelor's Degree
o Certified Occupancy Specialist – COS (Preferred)
