Compensation:$45/hr
Location: San Antonio, TX
ROW Agent:

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled ROW Agent to join their team!
Responsibilities:

• Supports local stakeholders with land and right-of-way projects
• Prepares reports related to easement rights, title updates, landowner claims.
• Prepares and negotiates legal agreements associated with real property.
• Identify and acquires permits from private, local, state and federal agencies.
• Investigates damage claims.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5 years of O&G midstream experience.
• GIS experience.
• Excel and basic computer skills.
• Experience with ERP systems.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Title experience is nice to have.
