Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled NOC Tech to join their team!
Start your career in the communication space as a critical tech for the Network Operations Center. Are you interested in learning everything there is to know about the Network Operations Center and begin a long-term career? If so, please submit your resume for consideration.
Responsibilities:

• Monitor and help manage outages
• Answer customer support calls
• Handle tickets and escalate and triage them as necessary

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Computer literacy skills
• Ability to multitask and manage several things at once
• Excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Network cert/CCNA
• ServiceNow or other related ticketing experience
