Network Administrator:

Inceed has partnered with a growing company in the individual and family services indurstry to help find a skilled Network Administrator to join their team!
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Administrator with expertise in Fortinet technologies, specifically FortiGate firewalls and FortiManager, as well as proficiency in managing Azure Firewalls. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our client's network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability.
Responsibilities:

• Fortinet Expertise:

  • Design, configure, and manage FortiGate firewalls to secure the organization's network infrastructure.
  • Implement and maintain FortiManager for centralized management and monitoring of Fortinet devices.
  • Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing to ensure the robustness of Fortinet solutions.

• Azure Firewall Management:

  • Deploy, configure, and manage Azure Firewalls to safeguard cloud-based assets and ensure seamless connectivity between on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with cloud architects to design and implement effective network security solutions within the Azure cloud platform.

• Network Infrastructure:

  • Design, implement, and manage the organization's overall network architecture, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot network issues and proactively address potential problems to minimize downtime.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or 6 years of relevant experience will suffice.
• Proven experience as a Network Administrator, with a focus on Fortinet technologies, FortiManager, and Azure Firewalls.
• Fortinet certifications such as NSE 4, NSE 5, or NSE 7 are highly desirable.
• Experience with other networking technologies, such as routers, switches, and VPNs.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, security principles, and best practices.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation is a plus.

Other Information:

• This position is not fully remote. 
  • Hybrid work schedule, in office work is required 2-3 days per week. 
• This role has potential to be a contract-to-hire with a 6 month conversion period.
