Junior Analyst, SAP Systems & Data Analytics:
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Junior Analyst, SAP Systems & Data Analytics to join their team!
As a Junior Analyst specializing in SAP Systems and Data Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business by leveraging SAP technology and methodologies. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting business and data analysis, gathering requirements, designing, implementing, and supporting end-to-end solutions across various SAP modules and third-party systems. You will collaborate closely with IT team members, business owners, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure solutions align with the business objectives and security standards. Additionally, you will provide support for system projects, enhancements, maintenance, and security processes, and assist in analyzing and resolving issues to minimize disruptions.
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with IT team members, business owners, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to implement, manage, and support system solutions that meet the business and security requirements.
• Participate in end-to-end project activities, including gathering business requirements, documenting specifications, development, configuration, testing, training, and data migration.
• Provide Level 1-2 support for end users, addressing questions and issues related to SAP and other IT systems in accordance with company policies and processes.
• Assist in configuring and building required functionality for SAP modules and integrating them with other systems such as Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC), Material Management, Plant Maintenance, and Prometheus (Analytics).
• Develop end user training materials and conduct training sessions as needed.
• Collaborate with service providers and other teams for ongoing SAP enterprise support.
• Analyze, assess, and implement actions for bug fixes, upgrades, enhancements, and process optimizations.
• Ensure solutions are integrated and implemented in alignment with policies and application blueprint.

• 1-3 years of IT support experience required.
• Basic proficiency in SAP design, configuration, technical, and functional areas.
• 1-3 years of end user experience in SAP FI/CO preferred.
• Proven experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects preferred.
• SAP certification is advantageous.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4 and SAP ABAP or BASIS is a plus.
• Functional understanding of SAP PTP and MTS processes is beneficial.
• Associate degree required (bachelor’s preferred) in Computer Science, Information System/Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar field.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment with teams across different locations.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interface with vendors, users, and consultants.
• Strong analytical skills to assess data within SAP and solve complex problems.
• Ability to add business value and contribute innovative ideas to projects and daily work.
• Project organization skills to develop necessary documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Experience in working with large commercial solutions within the Oil and Gas industry, preferably LNG.

• Hybrid schedule. 2 days onsite, 3 days remote.
