Job Overview:

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes, assisting them with daily tasks and ensuring their well-being. Duties:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Administer medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as tidying up and laundry
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- Previous experience in healthcare or senior care is preferred
- Ability to cook nutritious meals for clients
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of medical documentation systems and procedures
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to client's homes
- High school diploma or equivalent
