Who We Are Looking For: Incapsulate is searching for a Senior Business System Analyst to join our team. You would be part of a highly skilled group of passionate individuals working on a variety of interesting and challenging projects.
Location: Washington DC

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• All work is performed on enterprise-level technologies and systems.
• Review proposed functional requirements, and approve or ask for clarifications or amendments.
• Suggest seeking clarifications where the requirements are unclear. Assess technical requirements.
• Review the existing information systems and client deployments to ensure the technologies can be integrated.
• Suggest changes, upgrades, or purchase of new software where appropriate.
• Participate in internal team meetings as a Subject Matter Expert to provide input and technical direction for the system design, development, QA, implementation, and support.
• Take overall responsibility for the technical aspects of delivery and User Acceptance. Review, guide, and approve technical troubleshooting plans, bug-fixing, and project technical documentation.
• Formulate and ensure implementation of best practices based on the project and industry requirements.
• Be mindful of potential disaster and disaster recovery consequences in all technical decisions. Take charge of the strategy for systems integration, quality assurance strategy, and implementation planning.
• Where needed, review code to increase efficiency. Attend client and user meetings as an SME to respond to appropriate technical questions.
• Meet with management to address large change requests from clients that could substantially alter project time/cost consideration.
• Provide time/cost estimates and suggest trade-offs that can be discussed with the client management teams. Conduct client site visits to ensure smooth operations and appropriate support where contracts call for it. Other similar professional duties as necessary.

Qualifications: 

Experience must be in Salesforce and include: Salesforce development and administration; creating custom objects; finding optimal solutions; leading requirements and design sessions; supporting systems integration and change management; continuous interaction with clients; analyzing task feasibility; suggesting solutions or workarounds; leading client calls, planning release timelines, and organizing team priorities; creating case studies, BRDs, and FRDs; QA scripting; and working with Public Sector projects. Various worksites: relocation and travel to project-based unanticipated locations within USA possible.

Education and Experience: 

Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems Technology, or equivalent and 3 years’ experience in the job offered or any occupation in which the required experience was gained. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems Technology, or equivalent and 5 years’ experience.
