Position Summary
The Route Manager is responsible for overseeing the installation, service, and repair process of cash device equipment for new and existing customers. The Route Manager will create and institute detailed work instructions and amend any outdated or incorrect instructions. The Route Manager holds ultimate responsibility for the completion and maintenance of the field service manuals and equipment. To be successful in this role, you must have a customer-first approach, thrive in ambiguous and unexpected environments, tackling all challenges with a creative and flexible mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of company’s field and warehouse operations including scheduling staff, hiring new employees, and handling customer service escalations
Transport and count money from locations and deposit into designated bank accounts
Maintain and repair gaming equipment for cash devices at the bench level
Schedule and monitor daily service and route activity via CRM
Schedule work activities and communicate with clients to ensure that projects are completed on time
Train and supervise employees in the field who are responsible for installation, collections, repair, and maintenance of equipment or machinery
Address customer enquiries, resolve issues and obtain customer feedback proactively
Ensure technicians have adequate supplies and equipment to do their jobs efficiently
Maintain positive and healthy relationship with various teams to ensure customer service effectiveness
Implement policies, procedures, and programs to improve efficiency in the field operations
Ensure compliance with the state of Nebraska
Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations
Assist with identifying new business in conjunction with Regional Director
Oversee vehicle maintenance
Other field service duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Technical degree or certification required
8 years of technical/gaming/ATM service experience
Gaming industry experience preferred
Must possess a valid driver’s license, and maintain a clean driving record
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, or as needed
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
Experience using a work order management system including repair documentation
Possess the ability to use hand/portable tools
Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
Must be available for a regular schedule of 40 hours a week, including weekends and holidays, according to business need

Physical Requirements
Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods throughout the day

Must be able to frequently lift up to 75 pounds and push/pull up to 250 pounds
