Title: Operations/ETMS2 Support

Location: Ft Belvoir, VA (HYBRID – 1 day a week on site)

Clearance Required: Clearable (Public Trust)


About the Opportunity

Inalab has an immediate opening for an Operations/ Enterprise Task Management System (EMTS2) Program Analyst to support the PEO EIS organization on our contract providing Functional Area Professional Services to the Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS). As the Program Analyst for, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support as detailed in the Essential Responsibilities section.

Essential Responsibilities:

Examples of duties of the Operations/EMTS2 Program Analyst may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage the Staff Action Control Office (SACO) for PEO EIS under the Headquarters Plans and Operations Directorate
  • Analyze staff actions to determine specific and implied deliverables and utilize knowledge of the organization to coordinate accordingly
  • PEO EIS point of contact for staff actions received from senior level organizations such as ASA(ALT), HQDA, OSD, etc.
  • Generate metrics and ad hoc reports to demonstrate accountability for meeting deadlines and quality expectations
  • Identify and propose solutions according to standard operating procedures and policies to improve quality of data
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 helpdesk support for the organizations ETMS2 database for over 400 users and over 200 teams.
  • Create training materials, provide training, advice and guidance to all levels of personnel
  • Regularly conduct data audits to ensure organization stays within allocated user licenses
  • Facilitate a weekly status meeting with Chief of Staff and Headquarters Directors on staff actions
  • Meet monthly with ETMS2 support team to discuss and resolve technical issues


Required Skills:

  • Strong communication, both oral and written
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Effective record keeping and organizational abilities
  • Expertise with all Office products
  • Attention to detail, proofreading and formatting skills
  • Understanding of the Army’s memorandum format
  • Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments
  • Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks
  • Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems
  • Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable
  • Work is performed under general supervision of the company team leader.


Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree (or higher) in a related field or equivalent years of experience.
  • Two years of experience in an administrative support environment
