Windows Helpdesk Technician/Automation Technician
Do you enjoy solving people’s problems?
In Touch is looking to add a windows helpdesk technician to our team. As a support technician, you have a 1-on-1 relationship with the users who rely upon our systems to deliver medication across the state. You act as the user’s advocate within the IT Team, and consider their problems to be your problems.
The ideal candidate can quickly diagnose issues with Windows, Printers, Software Installation, and Connectivity issues. Documentation and a service focused mindset are a must.
