Job Summary:
We are seeking a Construction Laborer to join our team. The Construction Laborer will assist with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Duties:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools as directed

-In door and Out door work areas
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete
- Install and remove temporary structures, such as scaffolding
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Experience:
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is beneficial
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects

- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines
