Project Manager- In The Light Roofing
In The Light Roofing is looking for a highly motivated, trustworthy, down to earth Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be someone who is coachable, willing to learn, has an open mind, is a team player and wants to get 1% better every single day. Roofing experience is not required as we will train the right person.
Essential Job Duties:
- Picks needed materials in warehouse for each job outlined in the job packet.
- Prepares/Loads needed materials in company equipment prior to job.
- Coordination of all job materials needed on site such as equipters, dumpsters and other various third party deliveries.
- Coordinate on site set up.
- Flawless communication with suppliers to make sure deliveries arrive on time.
- Promotes OSHA safety standards daily.
- Stellar communication with subcontractors to ensure contracted project accuracy.
- Clearly understands all roofing installation procedures and materials.
- Introduce and represent yourself to customer/owner/tenant in a highly professional manner.
- Orchestrates flawless clean up around property.
- Aids in removal of all extra materials and equipment upon project completion.
- Organize warehouse for production.
- Assist with transporting full trailers to the dump.
- Build relationships with surrounding neighbors/homeowners
- Comfortable climbing ladders.
- Willingness to speak Spanish.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
