THE ROLE
We’re seeking a self-driven, talented individual to invest in and develop as a longterm member of our Warehouse Event Staff. Step into a role that combines a balance of warehouse, event production, creativity, and logistics, and join us in the fast-paced and dynamic world of events!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary:

• Organizing and storing inventory and equipment into their proper locations
• Receiving and processing warehouse deliveries
• Loading and unloading event equipment
• Setting up and tearing down rental equipment: chairs, tables, lighting, audio, and visual installations
• Running rental equipment: booths, lighting, audit, video/camera
• Rental Deliveries

Secondary:

• Maintaining professional relationships and building rapport with clients
• Maintaining tidy warehouse: aisle are safe and debris-free
• Light custodial work and basic facility maintenance (as needed)

SCHEDULE
We are not a typical 9am-5pm, Monday-through-Friday company. Work schedule may include: day shifts, night shifts, split-shifts, early mornings, weekends, holidays, travel-shifts, or weekend shifts. Though we’re not your typical shift-schedule, we make up for it with our work culture, tech incentive program, PTO benefits, and actively promote a healthy work-life balance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma, GED, or higher
• Must be placed on Company Insurance Policy (deal-breaker)
• Reliable transportation (excluding: trax and bicycle)
• Regularly be on your feet: stand, walk, push, climb, carry, squat, bend over, reach, push, pull below and above shoulders
• Regularly lift and/or move 10-25 lbs, occasionally lift of up 50 lbs
• Manual event and warehouse labor

EXPERIENCE (not required, but a plus)

• Experience in a warehouse or events
• Background in live audio/mixing, video switchers, powerpoint presentations
• Background in lighting design and light board operation
• Background in theater, stage crew, stage management, event production
• Background in power tools/construction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
