The Role: We are actively seeking skilled Guitar Teachers who are passionate about music and education to expand our vibrant team. This position is perfect for those who value independence and flexibility in their work schedule, enabling them to accept as many or as few students as they prefer.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct personalized in-home guitar lessons for students of varying skill levels.
• Develop customized lesson plans that cater to individual student needs and goals.
• Regularly assess and report on student progress.
• Maintain a regular schedule to accommodate the needs of students and families.
• Uphold a professional, nurturing and motivating educational environment.

Requirements:

• A degree in music, or comparable professional experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Access to reliable transportation for visiting students' homes.
• A deep commitment to teaching and nurturing students’ musical talents.
• Capability to coordinate with students and their families regarding schedule changes.
