Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals who require assistance with daily activities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on someone's life and contribute to their overall well-being.

Duties:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning and laundry
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Engage in conversation and provide companionship
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior

Experience:
- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable transportation to travel to client's homes
