Our office offers both full-time and part-time roles, boasting cutting-edge technology and trendy frame lines that complement each patient's unique personality and style.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in procedures.
• Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar.
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
• Verify insurance information and process payments.
• Perform preliminary tests and gather patient history as an optometric technician.
• Assist the optometrist during examinations and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and exam rooms.
• Other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the practice.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in customer service or administrative role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time
