Your Role Will Involve:

Customer Follow-Through: Ensure all customer queries and issues are resolved promptly and effectively.Dispatching: Efficiently coordinate and dispatch services to meet customer needs.Customer Service: Provide outstanding service that exceeds customer expectations. Estimates: Accurately assess and provide estimates to customers for services.

Who You Are:

• A problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent at communication and interpersonal skills
• .Organized, able to multitask, and manage time efficiently.
• Experienced in customer service or related fields (preferred).
• Knowledge of HouseCall Pro or Service Titan.
• Bilingual (spanish) is a plus!
