Cashiers play a critical customer service role by providing customers with fast, friendly, accurate and safe service. They process Checkout and/or Return transactions.

They proactively seek product/project knowledge to provide customers with information and identify selling opportunities. They follow all policies and task list.
They provide first level escalation for customer issues and assist in the supervision, coaching and training of other Front End Associates by participating in the training of new Cashiers and utilizing all available tools to coach and develop other Cashiers.

Qualifications:
Requires the ability to accurately ring all types of cash register transactions
Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions as well as converse comfortably.
Requires adherence to the store dress code Requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as schedules vary
Requires the ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
Requires the ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
High school or equivalent Required experience: 1-2 years
