Billing & Administrative Assistant Intern

Impulse is looking for a current UCSB student looking to work with the Finance team. This position is short-term and would be about 10-15 hours a week. The schedule is flexible during 8-5 business hours.

$17 hourly

• Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Order office equipment and supplies as needed
• Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity
• Support Accounting Department with generating bills, adding products/services to customer accounts, processing cancellations, and executing collections
• Financial Data Entry into Quickbooks
• Update financial records
• Maintain financial policies throughout the company
• Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports
• Keep track of accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, and basic accounting systems
• Must possess exceptional communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
