Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Support professional to join our team. The IT Support role is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring efficient and effective use of technology resources.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals
• Set up and manage user accounts and access permissions
• Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing timely and accurate resolutions
• Document and maintain records of IT support activities

Qualifications:

• Pick up boxes of badges that are shipped to designated locations to use throughout your day. Must be able to lift 25-30 lb. boxes containing badges.
• Must have excellent people skills, present well, and have good organizational skills to assist with setting up distribution stations, assigning and activating badges using a computer, documenting information provided by hospital staff, and being able to converse with hospital managers and staff.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle to travel between locations
