Improveit Home Remodeling is Hiring a Senior Recruiter, Production Near Columbus, OH

Well-established, highly successful, and rapidly growing Columbus home remodeling leader seeks a dynamic Senior Recruiter, Production ,for a ON-SITE full-time role in the Production Dept of its Columbus area location. Position OverviewThe Sr. Recruiter is responsible for locating and engaging with 1099 installation contractors to drive successful onboarding of crews to meet installation capacity targets. The Sr. Recruiter will lead all strategies and initiatives related to independent contractor coverage needs and service performance, while understanding market demands by specific trades. The role develops, communicates, and implements strategies needed to ensure business and customer needs are met and market changes are reflected in the independent contractor services provided. The role will develop and implement new independent contractor engagement programs, supply options, and partners with field business leaders to gather requirements, develop solutions, and provide proactive strategic coverage planning based on business direction and growth.Essential Job Functions:

Responsible for leading the recruitment selection process and onboarding of all contractors and production / operations staff in partnership with Production Managers
Owns on-going improvement of the selection and onboarding process to drive efficiency and effectiveness
Owns responsibility for business decisions needed to identify gaps and potential problem areas with independent contractor coverage and footprint, availability, and performance
Identifies all coverage gaps and partners directly with recruiting sources to ensure timely resolution of existing and upcoming independent contractor needs
Evaluates business data and independent contractor feedback to recommend changes to labor and uses all appropriate market intelligence to ensure market labor rates are competitive
Engages with Production Managers weekly to review contractor staffing needs and performance
Implements and manages an engagement strategy to ensure communication and connectivity with current independent contractor base
Utilize traditional sourcing techniques and develop new sourcing strategies that drive a highly qualified pool of independent contractors
In partnership with production teams, the Contractor Recruiting Manager will develop sound processes that ensure proper knowledge, skills, and abilities are screened for across all product contractor types
Understands Independent Contractor turnover and makes recommendations to production team on retention strategies
Manage contractor job posting process for recruiting, response communication, and following up with hiring manger to track results
Develops relationships in different markets with supply houses, distributors, and contractors
Supports recruiting other roles within the company as needed

Qualifications/Education:Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a construction, business management or related field or equivalent experience• Minimum 5 years of Recruiting experience.• Proven leader with excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Windows and Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)What We Offer:
