Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Attendant to join our team. As an Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. This is a dynamic role that requires a combination of event management, food service, cash handling, and guest services skills. Responsibilities:

- Monitor activity in the arcade, ensuring each guest has a positive experience
- Manage and oversee events held at the facility, including setup, coordination, and cleanup
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility at all times
- Monitor guest activities to ensure safety and compliance with facility rules
- Assist with crowd control during busy periods or special events
- Conduct public speaking engagements to provide information and instructions to guests
- Utilize theater knowledge to assist with audiovisual equipment setup and troubleshooting
- Provide lifeguard duties as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in events management, food service, or hospitality is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with children is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Knowledge of theater operations and audiovisual equipment is beneficial
- Lifeguard certification is a plus
