This is a 12-hour shift three days each week, with the shift schedule being from 19:00 - 07:30, total of 36 hours per week. RN medical/Surgical with Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, Need 2 Professional References. The all-inclusive hourly non-local pay rate for this position is $50.49/hr, encompassing a taxable component of $41.66/hr, along with a per diem of $11.61/hr. Work Location: 1521 Gull Road, Kalamazoo, MI, 49048. Local Rates (Below 50Miles): $41.65/hr. Non Local Reward:$6.97 /hr.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
