Impressive Smiles is Hiring a Front Office Coordinator Near Arlington Heights, IL

We are seeking a Front Office Coordinator to collaborate with our team to improve our patient’s dental health and smiles in our State-Of-The-Art practice. Qualified candidates will have some prior experience in dental or medical front desk operations - we are open to training!

Schedule:

  • Monday 9:00am - 4:00pm
  • Tuesday 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Wednesday 10:00am - 7:00pm
  • Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Friday 8:00am - 2:00pm (2x a month)
  • Saturday 8:00am - 1:00pm (1x a month)

Responsibilities:

The Front Office Coordinator should:

  • Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
  • Develop productive schedules.
  • Manage patient documents and records.
  • Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of prior experience working in dentistry or related field is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Dental operations is preferred.
  • Strong technical expertise in dental insurance benefits.
  • Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
