Sales Associate

Impossible Kicks is a brick-and-mortar retail business that buys and sells the most sought-after sneakers and apparel. Our passion for the lifestyle, culture, thrill of the hunt, and the overall addictive nature of the sneaker industry is what brought Impossible Kicks to life.

Our mission at Impossible Kicks is to be the #1 brick and mortar provider of the most desired sneakers and street wear that are unavailable to the general public. Every customer who enters our store will receive a unique and personalized experience providing them every opportunity to own a piece of the culture.

Responsibilities

·Provide excellent customer and sales service

·Share your product knowledge with our customers

·Listen to the customer’s needs and make recommendations for purchase

·Meet sales goals

·Use our inventory system to locate merchandise at our other stores

·Assist with keeping the store organized and clean

Employees will receive commission based on achieving daily sales goals.

Qualifications

·Strong knowledge of sneakers and street ware and what’s trending

·Retail experience preferred

·Strong customer service and sales skills

·Highly motivated

·Works independently

·Flexibility in work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)

·Bilingual is a plus

Job Types: Part-time

·4 - 8 hour shift

·Day shift

·Evening shift

Education:

·High school or equivalent (Preferred)
