Impinj is Hiring a QC Technician (Contract) Near Seattle, WA

Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Impinj through external staffing partners of Prime Team Partners. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by Prime Team and will not be an employee of Impinj.

Team Overview:

The Silicon Quality Assurance team is dedicated to assuring product quality, timely responsiveness, compliance and committed to championing quality best practices throughout the company.

What you will do:

  • Prepare and ensure movement of material through production to shipment.
  • Work on wafer cleaning machine and inspection equipment as assigned.
  • Document activities in quality and manufacturing systems, as needed.
  • Issue work orders for incoming production wafers.
  • Work on documenting non-conformances
  • Select appropriate wafers to process based on daily priority from the Quality and Industrialization Lead Technician
  • Work to a group schedule, while considering current and future priorities
  • Other jobs related to quality as assigned.

What you will bring:

  • Semiconductor manufacturing and cleanroom experience preferred.
  • An associate degree in electronic technology and/or training and experience
  • Troubleshooting skills at board or assembly level for electromechanical equipment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite tools; specifically, Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Ability to read schematics and technical drawings preferred.
  • Seeks to ‘fill the gap’ and is confident 'wearing many hats' in this dynamic position.
  • Has strong interpersonal skills and pays close attention to detail.
  • Has strong English communication skills, both written and oral.

  • Pay Rate: $27.00 per hour
