The Horsham Center for Jewish Life is seeking a Maintenance Technician with HVAC, electrical, and general maintenance experience to perform a variety of maintenance and mechanical duties on a campus that is undergoing upgrades to the most state of the art technologies in the facilities maintenance industry.

HOURS: FULL-TIME : Monday to Friday 7AM- 3:00PM on-call rotation

Candidate Description

The Maintenance team at the Horsham Center is seeking a talented, competent, reliable, self-starters who are constantly looking for challenges and opportunities to grow both personally and in their trade. Someone who accepts the shared responsibility to provide exceptional customer service while having the core value of knowing what it means to be part of a team. The successful candidate should have basic skills, knowledge, and experience in the areas of HVAC, plumbing, appliance repair, electrical, drywall, can lift at least 50 pounds, and overall general maintenance. We are willing to train someone who is interested and motivated! HVAC certification or other licenses a plus. Employer willing to provide educational training reimbursement. Position requires the team member to be part of an "on call" rotation approximately every 4-5 weeks. Must have clean drivers and criminal background check.

Qualifications:

• Basic and advanced maintenance skills/experience including:
• HVAC training and experience highly preferred
• Preventive maintenance knowledge
• Painting/wall repair
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Valid PA Driver’s License
