Lancaster Nursing & Rehabilitation is looking for an Assistant Nursing Home Administrator for our 446 bed long term care facility.
PURPOSE:
The purpose of this position would be to assist the Excecutive Administrator in managing the facility in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern long-term care facilities. To follow all facility policies and apply them uniformly to all employees. To ensure the highest degree of quality care is provided to our residents at all times.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have 2-5 years of experience in a skilled nursing home facility or other related field.
