Job DescriptionJob Title:Certified Medical Assistant
General Summary Of DutiesCertified Medical Assistant is needed to provide office duties in a medical office setting. Duties include vital signs, rooming patients, prescription refills, lab and imaging order entry, EMR data entry, and telephone triage. This is a permanent, 40-hour per week, benefits-eligible position.
Requirements
- National medical assistant certification.
- Non-certified medical assistants must have at least two years of medical office experience in order to qualify.
- Experience with electronic medical records is required.
- Prior experience working as a Medical Assistant is required.
- This position requires the ability to work between the hours of 7:30 am and 6:00 pm.
