We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Club Manager to oversee the operations of our club. The Club Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational and team management skills.

Duties:

- Manage all aspects of club operations, including sales, customer service, and staff management

- Develop and implement strategies to increase membership and drive revenue

- Recruit, train, and supervise club staff, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service

- Monitor inventory levels and manage product pricing

- Maintain a clean and organized club environment

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner

- Utilize cash register system for sales transactions and accurately handle cash

- Implement marketing initiatives to promote the club and attract new members

Requirements:

- Previous experience in the fitness industry as manager

- Strong mathematical skills for inventory management and pricing

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate a team

- Proficient in using cash register systems

- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
