Word Processing Specialist
Our client, a leading law firm on Long Island is seeking a Word Processing Specialist with heavy litigation experience. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Responsibilities include:
- Straight Type and Edits
- Use of Firm Macros
- Pleading Preparation
- Conversion of Documents from PDF to Word
- Extensive Formatting using Heading Styles
- Inserting TOC and TOA (Litera-Best Authority)
- Winscribe Transcription
- Create and Edit Spreadsheets
- Create and Edit PowerPoint Presentations
- Knowledge of Kofax PDF Functions
- Knowledge of NetDocs a must
Hybrid Hours
Monday-Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm
Minimum 3 days a week in office
2 days a week remotely
Congenial, fast paced environment, competitive salary. EOE.
