• Three years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is required
• Two years of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software experience is required 
• Hours are 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
• Pay up to $75,000

• Being on the factory floor for sixty percent of the time
• Working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Overseeing manufacturing on third shift
• Utilizing ERP software
• Planning
• Scheduling
• Making process improvement and accuracy a top priority
• Ensuring safety
• Minimizing costs while maximizing quality
• Encourage lean manufacturing
• Growing the skills and capabilities of the manufacturing employees
• Ensuring policies are being followed
• Ensuring shipping timelines are met

The background of the successful candidate must include the following:

• Three years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Two years of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software experience 
• A solid work history
• A US citizen or possess a green card
• A residence within 45 minutes
