Technical Solution Architect Location: Washington, DC
Job Description: • Serve as the Lead Technical Solution Architect for Intel Foundry Services • Represent Intel Foundry Services (IFS) to work with leaders in US government (USG) • Provide technical knowledge for product development on FinFET process nodes and 18A o In foundry design enablement or design automation support • Communicate technology roadmap and products to customers and stakeholders • Enhance and create sustainable and scalable system foundry solutions • Develop and sustain strong relationships with key US technical leaders • Lead analog integrated circuit design/analysis on CMOS process technology nodes • Educate, train and support USG and Defense Industry Bases (DIB) customers • Bridge the technology understanding of USG/DIB technical leadership • Identify and communicate potential public sector opportunities and threats • Develop technical solutions with the USG/DIB partners for improvement strategies • Work collaboratively with Intel internal teams to ensure alignment and mutual support
Qualifications: • MS, PhD in Computer/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science (or related) • 15 years of relevant experience • 10 years of experience: o Serving as leading technologist in developing analog circuit and systems o Working with CMOS process nodes o Solving complex technical problems involving multiple technical domains o Working with USG/DIBs in areas associated with national security • Experience leading development of key analog circuit and system technologies • Hands-on experience with industry standard RTL-to-GDSII tool flow methodologies • Intel Foundry Services (IFS) experience • Ability to translate complex technology to match customer awareness and needs • Extensive proven technical knowledge of Analog design and analysis for: o Product development on Intel FinFET process nodes and Intel 18A
Active DoD Top-Secret Clearance (TS/SCI preferred) Job Type: Full-time Salary: $160,000-$200,000
