Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ICU Staff RN to provide expert care to critically ill patients during the night shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intensive care nursing, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill patients, including vital signs, and respond to any changes in status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Operate and monitor life support equipment and other medical devices.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan and implement patient care.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures, including infection control standards.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of MT or Compact.
• BSN or ADN from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience.
• Current BLS/CPR and ACLS certification.
• CCRN Adult Certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Montana Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• within 90 days of hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association.
• within 90 days of hire: National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course.
• 1 year - Nursing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.
